The warrant, police, and multi-agency access pressure
What the reader should not miss
Full clip The context is preserved as one continuous 51-second source clip, not a chopped quote.
Access pressure The on-tape discussion references coming with a warrant, coming with the police department, and making entry.
Multi-agency list Bo Cosley, speaking in the background, adds the agency list: police, fire, animal control, and building inspectors.
The omission problem If those words were part of how access was discussed or obtained, the official activity log should say so. It does not.
Why it matters A log that records only a clean inspection result while omitting the pressure used at the door leaves out the most important part of the access event.
Why this changes the access record
The issue is not whether City officials may ever seek a warrant or request police assistance. The issue is that this specific inspection-day access event was later recorded in the City's file without the door-level pressure shown on the tape. A reader comparing the log to the video would not know from the log that warrant, police-entry language, and the multi-agency list were part of the encounter.
That makes the video material to Claim 23, Claim 24, and Claim 38. Claim 23 concerns the police/fire/animal-control/building-inspector list. Claim 24 concerns access obtained only after warrant language entered the exchange. Claim 38 concerns the official log omitting what happened on tape. This clip is the source record for all three points.
